We’ve previously shown you how to check what ads your competitors are running across Meta’s platforms, but did you know you can also do the same for their Google ads?
It’s super easy to find all of your competitors' active ads through Google’s Ad Transparency Center. Simply drop the name of the company you wish to review, and Google will return the ads that the business is running.
Here are just a few examples of the ads that the comparison giant Compare the Market is currently running on the platform. The comparison giant covers a wide range of industries, and it is interesting to see how they adapt the language based on the product comparison offer.
Using this tool is a great way to look under the bonnet of your competitors’ paid marketing activity and see what wording they’re using to entice users to click through to their page. This information can inform your marketing strategy, allowing you to see how you can differentiate from your competitors.
